Launched in 2008 and based in Abu Dhabi, Flash Entertainment has entertained more than 7 million fans from delivering world-class sporting and megastar music events, to festivals and spectacular stage shows. Flash Entertainment is the Middle-East region’s premier live events company for talent, event planning, logistics, operations, marketing, ticketing and hospitality.


In 2013, Flash Entertainment recognized the importance and need to increase its digital footprint. As new social platforms and digital marketing solutions became available in the region, Flash Entertainment management sought digital expertise in the digital space.


A OneX/ consultant was hired to develop a self sustaining digital framework with the support of internal and external stakeholders. A product team was also organized to develop a new web and mobile experience to better meet the needs of its audience. Finally, we collaborated with Flash Entertainment top management to develop platform scope, content strategy and go-to-market strategy.

  • A fresh new platform incorporating UX/UI best practices
  • A multi-sided platform that provided fans a fast process to search for and buy tickets as well as partners easier access to services, venues and Flash Entertainment expertise
  • Integration with Flash Entertainment's marketing automation platform, Hubspot, allowing a seamless flow of data from the platform to Flash Entertainment's light-weight CRM
